Thank you, Chief Commissioner Landry!
Last November 29 marked the end of Marie-Claude Landry’s tenure as Chief Commissioner and Chief Executive Officer of the Canadian Human Rights Commission (CHRC), a role she held with distinction since March 2015.
From the beginning of her nearly eight-year term, Chief Commissioner Landry has been an influential voice in Canada’s human rights landscape by taking a strong stance for the good of society and raising awareness about systemic racism, discrimination, and hate. Under her leadership, the CHRC underwent significant transformational change to become the relevant organization it is today.
The CASHRA community is grateful for Chief Commissioner Landry’s unwavering support and numerous contributions to our association over the years. On behalf of your colleagues and friends at CASHRA, thank you Marie-Claude.
